2014 Saw a major shift in the Lincoln market. Other towns had experienced stronger sales earlier, but Lincoln struggled with few properties available.  However, when new properties hit the market following such a limited inventory, many homes sold for more than expected. The strong demand made for a very active season that began in February and stretched through the fall.
