Though there hasn’t been much of a winter to speak of, we are seeing the main symptom of the winter market: extremely limited number of homes on the market. However, the fall was remarkably busy, with 14 Hilliard Road bringing many (over 100) buyers through our frequent open houses. Those buyers are waiting for what feels like it will be a very active spring.
