We look at two important stats: the price per square foot of houses that were listed in each season (December-May=Spring, June-November= Fall) and the number of days those houses to take to receive an offer. Here you can see from this long-range data set that we saw the price per square foot peak in 2004. We’re at the highest price per square foot since then, though, in the Spring of 2016! Note that the days to offer for the most recent two or three seasons is artificially low, as not all the houses listed during those seasons have sold yet. Let us know what questions you have!
